Affordable Housing Opportunity in North Brunswick

North Brunswick Crescent is a redeveloped property consisting of 183 one - and two- bedroom apartments. Improvements to the apartments include new kitchens and baths, the addition of central heating and air conditioning, a new laundry closet with washer and dryer hookups, and upgrades to exterior, flooring, and fixtures. In addition, a new clubhouse is being added to the property, which will feature a management office and activity space for residents. Rents are set at 60% Area Media Income (AMI) for Middlesex County.

Preliminary applications will be accepted through November 4. A random selection process to determine the priority order of the applications will be held. Applications received after November 4, 2017 will be processed on a “first-come, first served” basis. A preference for qualified veterans will be given for 13 of the apartments.
