Personal Statement:

I see affordable housing as the crux of many of the major issues we collectively face today, from economic and racial inequality to climate change to health and well-being. Ensuring access to affordable housing provides the foundation for a more stable, healthier, and more equitable society.

Background/Expertise:

Marc is an Associate Planner who joined Fair Share Housing Center in 2024. At Fair Share, he provides land use expertise and design support to FSHC’s legal and policy teams as they further the organization’s goals on affordable housing advocacy and Mount Laurel enforcement. Prior to joining Fair Share, Marc was an Urban Designer and Planner at Pennoni, working on master planning, site planning, and community engagement. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of City Planning in 2022.
