Dave Mathisen joined Fair Share Housing Center in 2023 as the organization’s first ever Director of Finance and Administration.Originally hailing from Rochester, New York, Dave recently returned to the East Coast after a decade-long tenure in San Diego. During his time in California, he made significant contributions to organizations such as San Diego Pride and The AjA Project, a small Arts Nonprofit. Now, Dave is enthusiastic about leveraging the skills he has finely tuned throughout his career, particularly in guiding nonprofits through phases of growth and transition, to support Fair Share’s internal functions, sustainability, and to help increase our impact in New Jersey and beyond!
